We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cardim card set. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unopened condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cardimgroup.net with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return required.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unopened items. Please contact us to arrange an exchange and we will guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened card sets (for hygiene and product integrity reasons)
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions
  • Digital products or downloadable content
