About the Card Sets
What age groups are the cards designed for?
Cardim card sets are designed for three distinct age groups: Kids (ages 4–12), Teens (ages 13–18), and Adults (18+). Each set is clearly labelled with its intended audience. We recommend checking the product page for specific age guidance before purchasing.
Do I need any training or experience to use the cards?
No. Every card set is designed to be intuitive and self-guided. A guide card is included in each set with simple instructions. Parents, teachers, and individuals can use them without any therapeutic background.
Can professionals use these cards in sessions?
Yes. Many of our card sets are used by therapists, counselors, coaches, and educators as structured visual prompts. They are designed to complement — not replace — professional practice. See our For Professionals collection for sets best suited to clinical and coaching use.
Are the cards available in Arabic?
We are actively developing Arabic-language versions of our card sets. Sign up to our mailing list to be notified when Arabic editions are available.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship across the GCC region and internationally. Shipping zones, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the GCC. International orders may take 7–14 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout where applicable.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unopened condition. Please contact us at support@cardimgroup.net to initiate a return.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Can I exchange a card set for a different one?
Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened items. Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as additional payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@cardimgroup.net if you need to make a change.
